Rev. Jonathan Diggs has served in ministry since 2006, beginning as a youth pastor and growing into a variety of leadership roles within the local church. He became a Christian while studying at Virginia Tech and later earned his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He was ordained in the Global Methodist Church in 2023 and now serves as pastor of Daybreak Church in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Over the years, Jonathan has served congregations in both Kentucky and Virginia and spent nearly a decade teaching high school students a wide range of subjects—from physics and biology to Ancient Greek. His heart for ministry is rooted in a deep love for Jesus and a desire for others to encounter the life-transforming power of Christ.
Jonathan is married to Anna Marie, and together they have three children—Isaac, Kayla, and Lena—and a miniature dachshund named Gracie. He enjoys hiking, running, reading, and time on the water. His favorite scripture is John 15:9: “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.”
